This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve fitness levels and in particular give your core a killer workout! With rad tunes, colourful hoops and lots of smiles, Hoopfit will definitely leave you feeling fitter, happier and with some awesome new skills you can show off to all your friends

Your Instructor - Emma Shepard
Emma originally from Brisbane, joined Flipside Circus at age 9 and has been performing ever since. After graduating from The National Institute of Circus Arts she then went on to perform at the 2012 London Olympics and numerous other events such as Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals, Crown Casino and many other corporate events. Emma was awarded the Emerging Artists Artstart Grant in 2013 in order to explore and research the underground Cabaret and Circus scene in Berlin, Germany. As well as working for world renowned company Opera Australia as their aerial Coordinator and Principal Dancer, in 2014 she managed and co produced an arts festival in Melbourne to support emerging artists.. After being onboard the Pacific Pearl as part of the Pacific Cirque cast she is now back in Brisbane, newly engaged and is eager to share her passion for fitness and hula hooping with the world.
