Build strength, body awareness and restore your body and mind through gentle yoga poses and relaxation. Find new confidence in how you move, breathe and enjoy your body by releasing all the tensions from your day, allowing for our innate joy to return and nourish us. Bring a yoga mat. Suitable for everyone.
Ample parking is available behind the shopping complex opposite Kenmore State School. Entry to this car-park is via Princeton Street off Moggill Road.
On your first night
To locate your classroom, please arrive 10 minutes early. Our volunteers will greet just inside the front entrance of the school on Moggill Road and guide you to your classroom. The front entrance of the school is at the Pedestrian crossing (opposite Baker's Delight).
We are a non-profit organisation. All of our classes are offered subject to reaching a minimum number of students. This ensures the ongoing financial viability of Kenmore Community Education.
If we do not receive payments from a minimum number of students prior to the first class, the course will be cancelled. If this occurs, the Course Convenor will contact you within 24 hours of the class' scheduled start to let you know and to organise your refund.
In all other cases, refunds will only be offered when an a personal injury or illness prevents ongoing participation in class. Requests may be made in writing to the Convenor. A small administration fee of $20 will apply.
